Hares is a philosopher, philanthropist, writer and technology investor. He was one of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko’s Middle East envoys during Yushchenko’s 2005-2010 presidency.
Hares holds PhD in economics from the Institute of World Economy and Foreign Affairs of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Being a patron of many charities in Ukraine and an active supporter of education initiatives under the auspices of the Foundation UNESCO Education for Children in Need, nowadays, Hares is focused on launching his own charitable social network GAIIA.

With strong technological insight, Oliver anticipates the complex interplay of tech, geopolitics, society, and finance – from tech company building, data-driven business models, to IoT monetization, and seamless tokenization/ blockchain integration.
Holding a PhD in law and master’s degrees in business administration, IT consulting, and organizational development, he combines financial expertise with strategic vision and corporate governance.

Robert holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Architectural Institute in Prague, specializing in urban regeneration through empowering local communities. He studied urban technology and research methods at the intersection of data science and urban planning.
Robert deeply believes in GAIIA’s values and their potential application in the principles of urban and rural planning and development. Currently, he is dedicated to charitable work, mitigating the humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine, and applying his professional knowledge and skills in the field of post-war settlement recovery.

As a Gen-Z, I would just say: “the world has gone to sh…” I still have faith in humanity though and believe that we can change ourselves, be more aware and caring towards each other and our planet. We all just need a little reminder, a little push. And that’s what GAIIA is here to do and I’m proud to be a part of this big project that will actually make the world a better place. I’m here to build my legacy and leave my planet better than I was born to it.

An artist working in the technique of digital painting, using virtual and augmented reality technologies. In 2021, Mauer Digital sold over 2,000 Alexey’s NFT arts.
Some of his works are part of the State Museum of Urban Sculpture (Saint Petersburg) and UGallery (San Francisco) collections.

Tom Benoit is a French philosopher and essayist specialising in diplomatic relations. He is the author of several books, and founded Géostratégie magazine (distributed in newsstands with a quarterly print run of 30,000 copies) in association with the Lafont-presse group. Tom Benoit set up TB Productions, with which he co-produces and directs the programme Philoscopie, broadcast on TV5MONDE.
Also for TV5Monde, in September 2022 he was editor-in-chief of the programme Face à Zelensky, broadcast from Kiev (Ukraine) in the presidential office.

Constantin Equites Mohilni is an author, journalist, reporter, TV and radio host, screenwriter and a media producer. He has experience in filming production in locations all around the world, including Australia, eSwatini, Dominican Republic, Madagascar, and many more.
Constantin also holds multiple cinema awards for his works, such as the first prize at the KinoKolo International Film Festival for the “Columbus Quest” and the first prize at the Sixth Eurasian Film Festival for EQUITES TEAM TV-Series: “The Games People Play”.
